I have worked as Production Coordinator and APOC on major feature films and high-end television series for studios and production companies including A24, Netflix, 20th Century Studios, Lionsgate, and MGM. My credits span productions directed by Guy Ritchie and Cary Fukunaga, and I have worked alongside cast including Henry Cavill, Rami Malek, Jeff Goldblum, and Benedict Cumberbatch.
At this level, my role has focused on the operational backbone of large-scale, multi-department productions managing complex international logistics, travel and accommodation for cast and crew, visa and permit arrangements, studio paperwork delivery, and ensuring smooth communication across all departments from prep through to wrap. I have worked extensively abroad, including Turkey, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Latvia, Germany, and Denmark, and I am experienced in the particular demands of working across multiple territories simultaneously, often to tight and shifting timelines.
I have also held in-house Production Coordinator roles at A24 Films and Intake Films, supporting producers across simultaneous slates and contributing to development and funding processes, giving me a broader understanding of how productions are built from the ground up. A selection of credits is featured below.
Production Coordinator - Feature Film - Dennis (2026)
Working as Production Coordinator on A24's feature film Dennis, directed by Emily Mortimer, I handled the full scope of standard production coordination responsibilities — managing production paperwork, call sheets, crew contracts, supplier liaison, and studio deliverables - while simultaneously taking full ownership of travel and accommodation logistics for a crew of close to 100 people shooting on location in Oxford. A key part of the role also involved liaising directly with the local production team in Hungary regarding studio deliverables, adding an international coordination dimension to an already demanding remit. This required clear and consistent communication across time zones and production cultures, ensuring that both the UK shoot and the Hungarian studio requirements were met without either falling through the gaps.
Production Coordinator - Feature Film - Wife and Dog (Additional Photography) (2025)
Wife and Dog (Additional Photography) was my second collaboration with Black Bear Pictures, coordinating an additional photography shoot for the Guy Ritchie-directed feature. Working within the condensed timeline that additional photography demands, I managed the full production coordination remit — call sheets, paperwork, supplier liaison, and deliverables — ensuring the shoot ran as efficiently and smoothly as the principal photography it was supporting.
Travel & Accommodation Supervisor - Feature Film - Jack of Spades (2025)
Working as Travel & Accommodation Supervisor on Joel Coen's Jack of Spades, I took ownership of all travel and accommodation logistics for a crew of approximately 100, across a remote Scottish shoot location and a simultaneous long-term base in Glasgow. Supervised a team of three while sourcing and project-managing the complete fit-out of 20 apartments from scratch for crew rental, conducting location scouting in Scotland, and coordinating unit moves. Also led cost estimation across all accommodation — a nuanced process due to shared living arrangements spanning multiple departments, requiring precise cost allocation and cross-departmental coordination.
Assistant Production Coordinator - Feature Film - Blood on Snow (2025)
As APOC on Blood on Snow, directed by Cary Fukunaga and starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Eva Green, I was brought on board late in the production to take ownership of a complex and time-critical unit move from Latvia back to the UK.
My primary responsibility was managing the full shipping and freight operation — coordinating the movement of equipment, props, and production materials across an international border under significant time pressure, liaising with freight suppliers, customs brokers, and the production office to ensure everything arrived back in the UK on schedule and in order.
Assistant Production Coordinator - HETV - Hijack S2 (2024-2025)
As APOC on Hijack Series 2 for Apple TV+, I supported the Production Coordinator across the full operational remit of a high-end television series. My responsibilities covered cast and stunt contracts, backpage, and production paperwork distribution, as well as equipment and furniture rentals, shipping, and insurance claims. I managed the logistics for key production milestones including PPMs, Tech Recces, and Readthroughs, and handled the booking of medical cover and cast medicals alongside ongoing expenditure tracking.
A highlight of this role was the opportunity to act as 2nd Unit Production Coordinator on Double Banking days — taking on full coordination responsibility for a separate unit under UPM supervision, including crewing up independently.
I also organised crew social events and activities throughout the shoot — a small but meaningful part of keeping a large team motivated and connected across a long production.
Travel Coordinator - Feature Film - The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare (2023)
Working as Travel Coordinator on The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, a feature film directed by Guy Ritchie, I took full ownership of international travel and accommodation for close to 200 crew and cast members across Turkey and the UK. Managed logistics for principal talent including Henry Cavill, Eiza González, and Alan Ritchson. Coordinated a full unit move including a chartered aircraft, supported visa processing for crew and cast, and supervised the Turkish travel team across both travel logistics and accommodation sourcing. Maintained accurate FUTI insurance records and cost tracking across two countries throughout the production.
Cast Travel Coordinator - HETV - Kaos (2022)
As Cast Travel Coordinator on Band 3, a high-end TV production created by Charlie Covell (The End of the F***ing World), managed international travel logistics for over 100 cast members across a 100+ shoot day production based in Spain. Coordinated unit moves across eight cities in Spain as well as an additional unit shooting in Italy, liaising closely with the service company on all travel and accommodation requirements. Served as the primary point of contact for high-profile talent including Jeff Goldblum, Janet McTeer, David Thewlis, Cliff Curtis, Billie Piper, and Stephen Dillane — managing their individual travel needs and requirements throughout the production. Ensured full compliance with visa regulations and maintained all necessary insurance documentation across the duration of the shoot.
Assistant Production Coordinator - Feature Film - The Covenant (2022)
As APOC on The Covenant, directed by Guy Ritchie and shooting on location in Spain, I worked closely with the Production Coordinator to support the full operational running of the production. My responsibilities spanned the standard APOC remit — crew contracts, deal memos, purchase orders, petty cash reconciliation, production paperwork distribution, and ensuring all wrap documentation was delivered accurately and on time.
A significant part of my role was coordinating worldwide travel for crew, cast, suppliers, and companions travelling to and from the production base in Spain. This involved managing a high volume of constantly evolving travel requirements across multiple nationalities and schedules — flights, ground transportation, hotel accommodation, and per diem arrangements — working in close liaison with the service company to ensure everything on the ground in Spain was booked, confirmed, and aligned with the shoot schedule.
I also managed travel logistics for high-profile talent including Jake Gyllenhaal, which required particular attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to respond quickly and calmly to last-minute changes.
