Co-Production Manager on a complex promotional music video campaign for AXN, produced to support the launch of a new TV series (currently available on Netflix). I led production setup including crew and equipment hire, contract preparation, and all required permissions. Working within a tight budget and a one-day shoot schedule, we delivered an ambitious production featuring live animal handling (owl), practical SFX (blood effects), an action vehicle, and prop weaponry. I also managed all post-shoot financial administration and accounts reconciliation.

All Is Now - Documentary short nominated for the Royal Television Society Awards and the Grierson Awards
This documentary short was filmed in Denmark and explored a deeply personal story about the director’s father undergoing chemotherapy. As Production Manager, I coordinated all required production paperwork remotely from the UK, ensuring full compliance with Danish regulations, including drone filming permits. I managed local crew hiring and arranged international travel and accommodation logistics. I held overall responsibility for budget control and resource allocation, and managed post- shoot financial administration, including invoice processing and full accounts reconciliation. A key part of the role was balancing the sensitivity of the subject matter while working closely with the director to meet all creative and production requirements.
